Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel from your account in the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your purchased documents stay yours and remain re-downloadable at no cost.
What do the alerts cover?
Changes to the legislation our template categories rely on across the four UK nations, for example the Renters' Rights Act 2025 commencement regulations, deposit rules and possession grounds. One short email per change, no filler.
Do I need membership to get document updates?
No. Every customer can re-download the current version of a purchased pack from their account for free. Membership adds the proactive email so you know the moment a pack you own is re-issued, plus the alerts, discount and support.
What about refunds?
