We only publish reviews from verified buyers. A few days after each order we email the customer and invite them to leave a review. Each submission is matched to its Stripe order number, read by a human, and published here once approved. Until real reviews come through, this page stays empty, we would rather show you nothing than show you something invented.
In the meantime, every template is verified against the current legislation, carries a dated footer so you can prove currency, and is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How review verification works
A few days after each order we email the buyer once and invite them to leave a review. Every submission is matched to its Stripe order number before it is read, so nobody can review a template they have not bought. A human reads each one, and it is published here unedited once approved, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We do not invent quotes, buy ratings, or import reviews from other platforms.
Reviews sit alongside the other checks on every template: each document is verified against the current legislation and carries a dated footer so you can prove which version of the law it reflects, and every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee (see the refund policy). If a review flags a problem with a document, it is investigated and the template is corrected for every past buyer, updates are free for the life of the product.
