Yes. Templates are priced from £9 as single purchases and you never need a subscription to buy or use one. The optional Compliance Membership (£39 per year) adds legislation alerts, re-issue notifications and 15% off every pack, but it is an add-on, not a requirement.
Which option should I start with?
