What landlords say
Verified customer quotes“I paid a letting agent £240 a year for tenancy paperwork that was already out of date before I signed it. LetSafe rebuilt my whole pack, against the new Act, for less than one month of that.”
“Had a mortgage change force me to let out the family home. Wasn't going to pay a law firm £700 for a tenancy. The Starter Pack + the free Ground Picker made me feel less of an idiot about the whole thing.”
“The HMO Bundle paid for itself on the first licence application, the fit-and-proper declaration pre-empted the exact question the council's officer came back with.”
